About This Role
- Lead and develop a globally distributed Master Data Management (MDM) team supporting the Insight platform’s master data accuracy, consistency, and reliable delivery.
- Own MDM service delivery including onboarding, standardization, maintenance, quality control, and issue resolution for private markets data in eFront Insight.
- Drive transformation by simplifying and automating MDM processes, developing scalable operating models, and partnering with Product and Engineering to improve workflows and technology.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Significant experience in master data management, data operations, or related discipline, ideally in financial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing multi-location teams.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts such as entity mastering, data standardization, data quality, matching/deduplication, hierarchy management, and data controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of balancing strategic priorities with operational execution in a complex, global organization.
- Background in financial services data management with a focus on private markets or alternative assets preferred.
- Skilled at driving process improvements, automation, and fostering collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior management.
