About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution delivery for AI-powered operational improvements across multiple business functions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs and support Agile delivery processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics, or Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard/report development including advanced formulas and optimization techniques.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis; experience working in Agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex business needs into effective technical analytics and dashboard solutions within a regulated environment.
- Able to manage end-to-end BI product delivery including requirements definition, UAT support, defect triage, and stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
