About This Role
- Manage data, reporting, and processes to support accurate financial forecasts for aftermarket service contracts in the Contract Review Pack cycle conducted twice a year.
- Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy, controls, and audit requirements are met throughout the forecasting process.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, and Power BI to enhance data handling and reporting efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in data management, financial analytics, forecasting support, reporting, or supply chain-related analytics.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data reporting/forecasting processes with controls and timelines.
- Strong English communication skills and collaborative working ability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating data and financial forecasting processes within controlled environments and deadlines.
- Skilled in automation tools such as Python, SQL, VBA, with a focus on improving process efficiency and reporting quality.
- Preferably with exposure to aerospace, aftermarket services, supply chain, or financial analytics domain.
