About This Role
- Lead and manage the GBS India team responsible for end-to-end Contract Review Pack (CRP) processes supporting the Civil Aerospace Service Business in Derby.
- Oversee data management, variance and forecast impact analysis, reporting, automation, and controls to ensure accurate financial forecasting for aftermarket service contracts.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, resource planning, quality reviews, team development, and act as primary liaison between India team and UK stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience including team leadership in data management, financial analytics, forecasting support, reporting, or business operations.
- Graduate or engineering degree with strong analytical, numerical, and business problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with databases, structured data, and reporting outputs.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining process controls within defined timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational delivery and control of forecasting or financial review processes, preferably in aerospace or aftermarket services.
- Proficient in data analytics with a track record of driving automation and process improvements using tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or VBA.
- Capable of managing cross-location stakeholder communication and leading analysts in a time-sensitive, high-accuracy environment.
