About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of ETL data pipelines using Talend for the Alpha Data Platform.
- Develop and optimize data workflows involving Snowflake data warehouse and CI/CD deployment pipelines to meet batch and real-time SLAs.
- Collaborate globally to create design standards, perform code reviews, resolve SQL and data issues, and support client implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in Talend Data Integration with expert knowledge of Talend Studio R2022+ and Talend Management Console.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong Java development skills including Spring Boot Microservices and experience with IntelliJ/Eclipse.
- Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure cloud services (including Azure Key Vault, Blob Storage), strong SQL debugging and performance tuning skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in service architecture for data-driven client solutions, with ability to investigate and solve technical problems independently.
- Familiarity with financial domain data sources (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters) and previous work with State Street or Charles River Development is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-regional team environment collaborating across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
