About This Role
- Own technical direction and architecture for MADTECH.AI’s web platform focused on AI-powered decision intelligence.
- Lead delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance full-stack MERN applications and interactive data-rich dashboards.
- Drive engineering best practices including API design, performance optimization, security, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years full-stack development experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Strong MongoDB and PostgreSQL skills including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and distributed backend systems with focus on performance and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven leader capable of driving technical strategy and leading architecture discussions end to end.
- Experienced in building performant, secure, scalable SaaS applications with deep expertise in MERN stack and database optimization.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, Data Engineers, and QA to deliver business-driven technical solutions.
