About This Role
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decision-making and uncover actionable insights.
- Build, maintain, and validate core datasets, reports, and dashboards to improve data reliability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and product to translate complex analyses into clear strategic recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial services, fintech, or banking environment.
- Strong SQL skills with abilities including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in Python or PySpark for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with Databricks and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in credit risk, lending products, regulatory requirements, GDPR, and customer lifecycle analytics within financial services.
- Able to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear data communication.
- Comfortable working in environments requiring strong business judgment, problem-solving with regulatory and operational complexity, and promoting data literacy across teams.
