About This Role
- Lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems impacting enterprise customers globally.
- Manage execution and delivery of software features and projects, ensuring timely completion with high quality.
- Participate in architectural design and code reviews, maintain service health, perform root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in one or more programming languages: C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with version control (GitHub), bug tracking (JIRA), understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer comfortable leading complex projects, collaborating across teams, and enforcing code quality and architecture standards.
- Hands-on expertise in software development lifecycle including design, testing automation, deployment, and production operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies preferred but not mandatory.
