About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and support complex enterprise retail software solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Own modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, API-driven development, automation, CI/CD, service-based architectures, and AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable retail software applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, GitHub, Visual Studio, code reviews, and testing practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer comfortable owning end-to-end delivery of retail applications in .NET ecosystem.
- Familiar with modern software engineering practices including cloud platforms, API-driven design, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
- Capable of driving application modernization and leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
