About This Role
- Own design and delivery of Oracle EBS Manufacturing and VCP module solutions supporting Regal’s manufacturing business requirements.
- Ensure on-time, first-time-right delivery for complex projects and production incident resolution within SLAs, including root cause analysis and system performance improvements.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, coordinate globally with team members, and coach others in software design standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing), including at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations or 3+ years of maintenance and enhancements in a global environment.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite APIs, RICEW/CEMLI development, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle AIM methodology, and integration techniques.
- Work Model: Hybrid onsite at designated Regal Rexnord location with remote flexibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global, complex supply chain and manufacturing IT environments with discrete manufacturing focus in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain.
- Proficient in managing end-to-end application lifecycle including upgrades, performance tuning, incident resolution and continuous improvement within SLAs.
- Capable of coordinating multi-location teams and applying structured methodologies (e.g., Oracle AIM) for high quality solution delivery and process standardization.
