About This Role
- Manage Global Delivery Centre (GDC) operations delivering end-to-end Source-to-Contract across all indirect and direct procurement categories.
- Drive achievement of sourcing strategies including savings delivery, risk management, contract execution, and service level adherence.
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity and deliverables of the GDC.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years total experience including senior leadership in procurement, strategic sourcing, or source-to-contract operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, engineering, or related; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience leading large delivery centres or shared services teams (40-60 direct reports plus oversight of ~80 total).
- Work Experience Required: 18+ years with substantive senior leadership in procurement or source-to-contract within complex global organizations.

- Proven ability to manage global procurement delivery with focus on consistency, compliance, savings, and operational excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders across global category teams and business units.
- Experienced in driving procurement transformation including process simplification, automation, and technology enablement in a multi-region shared services environment.
