About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications across iOS, Android, and cross-platform components, ensuring high reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead mobile workstreams including discovery, design, implementation, launch, and continuous improvement with strong technical ownership and limited direction.
- Apply and promote AI-driven development practices for mobile engineering to improve engineering velocity, product quality, and team productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with significant hands-on mobile engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) along with cross-platform mobile development experience (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform).
- Experience leading mobile project workstreams, mentoring engineers, and delivering complex mobile applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and modernizing legacy mobile applications with strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and frameworks.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted development tools and AI-driven workflows in mobile engineering.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration involving product, design, backend, security, QA, and operations to deliver aligned business outcomes.
