About This Role
- Manage and lead a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts focused on reviewing, validating, and enriching private fund holding data within specified SLAs, especially during peak quarter-end periods.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for complex Schedule of Investments processing, oversee exception resolution, pipeline monitoring, and data entity mapping, and serve as the primary escalation point for data quality issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, ML Operations, and Client Success teams to drive team performance metrics, support ML model retraining, optimize operational workflows, and engage with clients and data providers to resolve technical data inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in financial investment/advisory domain, specifically with Private Equity / Alternatives investment processes.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a people leadership/team lead role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the country on the first day; visa sponsorship is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in private equity/alternatives fund reporting, with strong domain expertise in capital markets, middle/back-office operations, and complex fund accounting mechanics.
- Demonstrates strong team leadership and operational management skills, including SLA compliance and process optimization in data-intensive environments.
- Comfortable working overlapping US/EMEA shifts and collaborating across global, cross-functional teams involving Product, Engineering, and Client Success stakeholders.
