About This Role
- Manage monthly financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Freight sourcing business with segment-wise performance analysis.
- Lead product cost analysis, standard cost setting, and variance root cause identification across sourcing, logistics, customs, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive cost optimization initiatives, maintain audit compliance, and support system automation and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: CA/ICWA (3–5 years experience) OR CA Inter/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting/Finance with 5–10 years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software such as Oracle, Onestream, Power BI.
- Work Experience Required: 3–10 years relevant experience in finance and product cost management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional with strong cost accounting background and understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and variances.
- Proven ability to work closely with sourcing, logistics, customs, and manufacturing teams to analyze costs and drive productivity improvements.
- Capable of managing month-end financial processes, audit compliance, and cross-functional cost optimization projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
