About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end Software Request process using ServiceNow, including approvals, fulfillment, communication, and closure.
- Administer software licensing, entitlements, procurement, and renewals using Flexera and Coupa while collaborating with multiple internal teams and vendors to maintain software catalog accuracy and reduce software sprawl.
- Produce operational metrics and insights to improve cost transparency, license compliance, request performance, renewal readiness, data quality, and process maturity while driving continuous improvements in SAM governance and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, finance, supply chain, technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, software licensing, procurement, vendor management, or technology operations in an enterprise environment.
- Experience managing software requests or workflows in ServiceNow or comparable platforms.
- Experience with software license management, entitlement, inventory, or optimization in Flexera or similar SAM platforms and procurement activities using Coupa or comparable platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling detailed operational execution within SAM functions, including software request processing, license management, procurement coordination, and renewal management.
- Strong analytical capability to reconcile diverse data sources such as contracts, invoices, entitlement data, and discovery tools, with a focus on audit readiness and process improvement.
- Comfortable managing high volumes of requests and renewals with prioritization skills, communication across cross-functional teams, and driving process maturity and automation initiatives.
