About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of full-stack web applications and distributed systems including frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineering teams, defining coding standards, enforcing code quality, and driving end-to-end software delivery.
- Leverage AI tools and develop AI-driven intelligent features, automation, and data-driven capabilities within products (advantageous).
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) OR Java, ReactJS, TypeScript, REST and GraphQL API development, asynchronous processing (Celery or similar), AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems design, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of overseeing end-to-end full-stack system architecture and guiding teams across frontend and backend domains.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions with distributed systems focus.
- Has practical experience building or integrating AI-driven applications and modern engineering practices including containerization and cloud infrastructure management.
