About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software enabling reliable and intuitive customer experiences for travel insurance products.
- Own end-to-end feature or component lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve product and engineering outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Experience owning features or components from design through support in a software service or application.
- Proficiency in software development tools/techniques including API integration, data modeling, version control, automated testing, debugging, production support, and familiarity with low-level system design and AI/ML concepts.

- Experienced in delivering scalable software products emphasizing performance, usability, security, and operational excellence.
- Ability to make technical decisions informed by data and production insights to improve reliability and maintainability of applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practical experience integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled features with attention to reliability and governance.
