About This Role
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting templates for the Hong Kong Growth Programme.
- Manage key monthly deliverables, coordinate cross-business line stakeholder engagement, and serve as the central contact point for program activities.
- Oversee data hygiene, dashboards, and prepare intelligence-driven materials (workshop pre-reads, stakeholder maps, opportunity heatmaps) to support strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years progressive experience in PMO, program coordination, or business management roles within structured PMO environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder coordination and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory; experience with Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
- Location requirement: On-site, Gurugram, Haryana (India).

- Experienced in program governance and stakeholder management within complex, multi-stakeholder corporate environments.
- Skilled in developing standardized processes and executive-level reporting aligned with strategic priorities.
- Familiar with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies and able to translate intelligence insights into actionable, decision-support materials.
