About This Role
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in coordination with Transaction Services.
- Lead APAC Vendor Management team operations, including handling escalations for vendor disputes and service failures.
- Conduct Quality Assurance reviews of vendor processes, identifying operational issues and ensuring compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in cash and trade operations and management.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in vendor management, process improvement, and quality assurance in a financial operations environment.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in related role.

- Experienced in cash management operations with understanding of interactions between Cash & Trade Operations and other business units.
- Strong operational leadership skills demonstrated by managing regional vendor teams and driving process improvements.
- Capable of risk assessment and compliance adherence, influencing decisions with strategic insight into cash and trade operations.
