About This Role
- Drive requirements discovery and business process analysis for Generative AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience in Operations functions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, AI engineers, Data Scientists to align analysis with product strategy and delivery.
- Define, prioritize, and validate AI-enabled product features, ensuring measurable business value and successful adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree required.
- Experience in Agile Product Delivery including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Knowledge of GXP validated engineering systems and ITSM, Change Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working with Generative AI technologies, AI governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication for complex technical products.
- Strong background in translating operational challenges into AI-driven product requirements with measurable outcomes.
