About This Role
- Design, build, maintain and manage end-to-end data pipelines and solutions ensuring data quality and accessibility across systems.
- Take ownership of data pipeline projects including scope, timelines, and risk management; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business data requirements.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models, RAG, vector search, and AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5-9 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies including Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark, SparkSQL), and workflow orchestration with performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
- Knowledge and experience with data governance frameworks, data security, and compliance regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing scalable data architectures and ETL/ELT processes in fast-paced, cross-geographical environments.
- Technically skilled in advanced big data platforms, cloud solutions (preferably AWS), AI/ML integration using LLMs and AI-assisted development tools.
- Able to lead complex data pipeline projects from inception to deployment, collaborating with data architects, business SMEs, and data scientists.
