About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end software applications with a focus on UI engineering using React.js or equivalent frameworks.
- Integrate AI capabilities including Generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG) and collaborate with AI engineers to embed machine learning models and support MLOps pipelines.
- Automate operations including CI/CD pipeline management, system monitoring, incident response, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high software quality and system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in software development, preferably with a background in Computer Science or IT (Bachelor's or Master’s degree).
- Strong experience in front-end engineering with React.js or equivalent (Angular, Vue.js), including responsive design and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Proficient in full-stack development principles: object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and hands-on usage of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, etc).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining enterprise-grade, scalable software with end-to-end ownership from design to deployment and operations.
- Familiar with modern front-end frameworks and cloud technologies, ideally with practical exposure to AI model integration and MLOps.
- Practices agile software development with automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and is comfortable working closely with product, design, QA, and data science teams.
