About This Role
- Manage global cross-functional supply chain projects focused on new product introductions and product discontinuations.
- Coordinate supply chain readiness including initial stocking, replenishment forecasts, and distribution for product launches.
- Plan, monitor, and report project progress, risks, and timelines to senior global supply chain management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in supply chain project coordination including demand planning and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of IT applications related to supply chain (e.g., IBP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams managing product lifecycle in supply chain contexts.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong organizational and risk mitigation skills.
- Background in optical market preferred but not mandatory; comfortable reporting to senior management and motivating stakeholders.
