About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale cloud-native data integration services using microservices and serverless architectures on Microsoft Azure.
- Own and support mission-critical Java-based import/export and Talend enterprise integration frameworks within the State Street Alpha Data Platform ecosystem.
- Develop APIs and services for batch, near-real-time, and event-driven data ingestion and transformation workflows ensuring scalability, resiliency, and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Java development skills; experience with Spring-based frameworks is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with ETL technologies is mandatory; familiarity with Java, Pentaho Kettle, and Talend integration frameworks required or willingness to ramp up quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field required; Master's degree preferred.

- Experienced in developing cloud-native microservices and serverless apps on Microsoft Azure with a focus on scalable, resilient data integration.
- Capable of balancing greenfield framework development with maintenance and support of existing enterprise production platforms.
