About This Role
- Lead QA teams delivering functional and automation testing projects with ownership of QA strategy and quality engineering practices.
- Drive adoption and implementation of AI-powered and Agentic Automation solutions to enhance QA productivity, coverage, and efficiency.
- Manage client relationships, project delivery including SOW preparation, risk and quality metrics management, and provide technical mentoring and team development.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering with strong automation and functional testing skills.
- Proven experience in QA Team/People Management and Client/Stakeholder Management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-driven QA/AI-based test automation and Agentic Automation techniques involving AI agents.
- Experience with programming in Java, C#, TypeScript or JavaScript, knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), and understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experienced leader able to provide both technical and delivery leadership in large-scale QA environments involving modern AI and automation technologies.
- Proficient in integrating Generative AI and LLM capabilities into QA workflows to optimize test automation and defect analysis.
- Skilled in collaborating across clients, product owners, developers, and diverse teams to ensure quality and delivery excellence in agile settings.
