About This Role
- Lead and manage a large-scale .NET full-stack engineering team with accountability for end-to-end technology delivery and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with business/product stakeholders, architects, and global engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions.
- Drive modernization of legacy applications to .NET 8/9+, cloud-native and microservices architectures while ensuring predictable delivery across multiple products/projects and engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C# full-stack development including ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, and modern front-end technologies.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, India (55, Divyasree Towers, Bannerghatta Main Road).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing large, global or distributed engineering teams with multiple products/projects.
- Ability to monitor and drive engineering KPIs such as sprint predictability, defect leakage, code quality, automation coverage, deployment frequency, lead time, production incidents, and technical debt.
- Strategic thinker comfortable working closely with diverse stakeholders including business, architecture, and product teams to deliver modernized enterprise applications.
