About This Role
- Lead technical architecture and design for enterprise-scale .NET Full Stack applications focusing on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for development teams including code/design reviews and resolving technical challenges.
- Implement and promote best practices including unit/integration testing, code quality standards, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12+ years experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices, and DevOps.
- At least 3-4 years of technical leadership experience leading developer teams and providing technical guidance.
- Proficient with backend technologies (Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs), frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript), Azure services, and DevOps (Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to analyze business requirements into technical solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using object-oriented design, clean architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Strong technical leadership skills demonstrated through mentoring, driving code quality, defect analysis, and team coordination.
- Operationally inclined towards using AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity and able to balance technical strategy with practical application.
