About This Role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.
- Manage team delivery by handling dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Development, QA, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to enforce Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery roles.
- Basic technical understanding of SDLC, .NET framework, React applications, Micro Frontend architecture, cloud frameworks (Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, plus containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, India at Divyasree Towers, Bannerghatta Main Road office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments with proven facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable with technical concepts relevant to software development, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments independently to maintain sprint commitments and deliverables.
