About This Role
- Break down product use cases into technical requirements and configurations for Workday HCM and Financials modules with minimal supervision.
- Lead UAT execution, manage SOX controls, perform Workday security design and impact analysis, and handle platform release implementations.
- Coordinate integration impacts, conduct regression testing, document release notes, and support production issue triage including use of AI/agentic features.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on Workday configuration and implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Experience leading UAT, SOX compliance control ownership, and support audit walkthroughs independently.
- Strong understanding of Workday security framework and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in decomposing complex business use cases into detailed technical configurations and acceptance criteria independently.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end Workday platform release cycles including integration coordination and compliance.
- Exposure to AI-driven tooling or platform AI features and familiarity with enterprise SaaS/PaaS environments.
