About This Role
- Lead corporate financial planning, forecasting, and preparation of presentations for Senior Management.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and lead monthly/quarterly financial results reviews.
- Act as Finance Business Partner coordinating enterprise-level initiatives and supporting finance digital transformation efforts including tools like Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in FP&A domain.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA from Tier 1 institute mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and ERP systems (HFM, Oracle).
- Power BI knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in project management and driving process improvements within finance functions.
- Ability to influence strategic financial decisions and partner cross-functionally with senior finance and operations leaders.
- Experienced in working within evolving healthcare or similar complex industry settings.
