About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives including planning, execution, governance, and closure.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and workflows; conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify improvements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and governance in a global, matrixed environment; provide executive-level reporting and insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or program delivery in management or financial consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization/dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or equivalent experience; or bachelor’s in engineering with financial services experience.
- Hybrid work model with at least four days/week onsite at designated office.

- Experienced in delivering initiatives in complex, regulated financial services or investment operations environments.
- Strong at stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership across global and virtual teams without direct authority.
