About This Role
- Own technical architecture, configuration, security, and lifecycle management of M3 Sales and SCM applications.
- Develop and deploy technical solutions including configuration changes, enhancements, and release management aligned with business and IT standards.
- Manage application lifecycle support, including incident management, upgrades, and collaboration with stakeholders and AMS partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of hands-on configuration experience with M3 Sales and SCM applications, including operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL mandatory; ITIL certification preferred.
- Familiarity with IT security, compliance, and data privacy requirements in enterprise settings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end solution deployment and support in sales and supply chain contexts, preferably manufacturing or operations environments.
- Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including business users, vendors, and AMS partners with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes, possibly with exposure to automation or AI initiatives.
