About This Role
- Own the articulation and external/internal storytelling of Emergent’s culture, EVP, and values in collaboration with founders and leadership.
- Develop and manage a storytelling program across all talent lifecycle stages to enhance employer branding and employee engagement.
- Align Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications to present a consistent employer brand and culture message across all platforms and touchpoints.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in employer/talent branding, culture articulation, communications, content, or editorial roles.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills demonstrated by previous work.
- Experience working directly with leadership/founders to develop culture and employer brand narratives.
- Work Experience Required: 9+ years in relevant employer branding or culture articulation roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to both strategize with founders and produce storytelling content independently under resource constraints.
- Experience building employer brands from scratch, particularly in technical or AI-driven companies.
- Capable of effectively engaging with diverse internal stakeholders including executives, recruiters, and technical employees to surface authentic culture stories.
