About This Role
- Own DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, logging, production support, and operational reliability for a critical internal platform.
- Manage and enhance AWS infrastructure using Terraform with a focus on secure access controls and infrastructure hygiene.
- Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve development speed, quality, release reliability, and platform maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, software engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring tools, deployments, logging, and production support.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience applying AI-driven solutions within their functional domain.
- Practical full-stack development experience with languages/technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or React.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated success improving release reliability, application performance, code hygiene, documentation, test coverage, and operational stability.
- Familiarity or experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows, autonomous agents, or LLM-based platform automation to enhance developer productivity and system reliability.
