About This Role
- Administer and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms ensuring secure internet and private application access through Zero Trust architecture.
- Manage security policies such as URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, DLP; integrate identity providers for authentication and enforce policies.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and application access issues; maintain high availability and scalability of ZPA infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network/cloud security including Zscaler technologies.
- Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Proxy, SSL/TLS, network security.
- Experience integrating identity providers (Azure AD, SAML, OAuth).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Zero Trust Network Access and managing App Connectors, Service Edges, and Application segments in ZPA.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex network security issues and optimizing connectivity.
- Familiar with security policy management and identity integration in enterprise environments using Zscaler technologies.
