About This Role
- Lead and manage complex initiatives including marketing programs for new or enhanced products.
- Conduct market research and analysis for major products and services, overseeing risk management and change delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive project goals, and mentor less experienced staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery.
- Experience leading Agile product delivery teams and managing backlogs in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in relevant domains as stated above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Commercial Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Lending, Treasury Management, Payments, or related banking domains.
- Strong familiarity with banking regulatory, risk, and control frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
