About This Role
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions covering GL, AA, AR, AP, and Banking sub-modules, ensuring integration with other business areas (MM, SD, PP, CO).
- Lead full SDLC delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for global SAP Finance projects in a SOX and GxP compliant environment.
- Drive process improvements and leverage AI/automation tools to enhance finance operations, including invoice automation, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted documentation/testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–11 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including 2–3 full lifecycle Finance implementations.
- Strong expertise across SAP Finance sub-modules: General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking.
- Experience working in SOX and/or GxP regulated environments with understanding of global templates, stakeholder management, and cross-functional integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- Familiar with AI, intelligent automation, GenAI tools applied in SAP Finance processes to accelerate closure and improve operational efficiency.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration in a global matrix environment, balancing compliance, innovation, and scalability in a regulated pharmaceutical context.
