About This Role
- Lead delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects ensuring technical feasibility and operational stability.
- Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver architecturally sound, production-ready solutions.
- Own service transition including Change Advisory Board process, rollback planning, and effective handover to support teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in Infrastructure Delivery Manager or similar technical leadership role.
- Proven experience managing projects using both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification required; ITIL v3/v4 certification highly preferred.
- Strong technical literacy in cloud architecture, API integrations, virtualization, databases; mastery of tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
