About This Role
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce platform for Finance systems, ensuring platform health and compliance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues across automation, data, security, and integrations, including root-cause analysis and preventive solution implementation.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle for configuration and release management, coordinate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements, including AI/agentic automation transformations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years Salesforce platform-specific implementation or support experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist required.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and Force.com platform best practices, including managing access & security settings and enterprise integrations.
- Salesforce Development skills (Apex and Lightning Web Components) are good to have but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in administering and supporting complex Salesforce Finance applications with ability to handle operational and strategic tasks.
- Skilled in AI/agentic workflow automation and process redesign to integrate AI agents with business processes.
- Comfortable managing cross-team coordination and governance enforcing security, compliance, and best practices in an enterprise environment.
