About This Role
- Manage and optimize finance-related SaaS applications including Blackline, Workiva, Kyriba, Coupa, or Concur, ensuring platform health and security.
- Provide tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, and perform root-cause analysis for Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
- Lead automation initiatives including AI/agentic workflow transformations and maintain release, change, and environment management processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in configuration and application maintenance for SaaS systems.
- In-depth expertise with at least one of the following SaaS finance applications: Blackline, Workiva, Kyriba, Coupa, or Concur.
- Understanding of Record to Report and Procure to Pay business process domains.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, integration teams, and business stakeholders in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Capable of independently managing complex problem resolution with a mindset towards preventive solutions rather than workarounds.
- Demonstrates ability to drive AI/agentic workflow transformation and process automation within Finance SaaS applications.
