About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial planning & analysis for US operations including monthly financial reporting, client P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead multiple parallel transitions, manage a team of 4-6 FTEs and coordinate with onshore and offshore stakeholders including participation in business reviews.
- Ensure accuracy, timelines, and compliance (SOX reports), and drive continuous improvement within the FP&A function.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domain.
- 5+ years experience in client management and team handling.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP, Adaptive Insights, MS-Excel, and presentation skills.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in FP&A with US operations exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end business P&L and financial reporting for US-based operations in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple stakeholder coordination across India and US, including onshore stakeholder management.
- Skilled at leading financial transformation initiatives, driving continuous improvement and managing team performance in complex environments.
