About This Role
- Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of SAP IBP modules across demand, supply, response, inventory, and S&OP processes.
- Assess client supply chain planning maturity and design future-state capabilities aligned with business goals.
- Manage project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, conduct design workshops, and assist in business development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of overall consulting or industry experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience with multiple end-to-end implementations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Official SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Ariba Sourcing/Contracts/SLP designation required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, with deep functional expertise in S&OP, demand sensing, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
- Capabilities in cross-functional integration involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems with technical skills in Excel-based UI, Web UI configuration, SAP IBP analytics, and CPI-DS.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage project deliverables, mentor junior staff, and support proposal development in a consulting environment.
