About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale business and technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion within defined scope and quality.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinating resources, budgets, and stakeholders including senior leadership and external partners.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, change control, and benefits realization while supporting PMO initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years overall professional experience with minimum 10+ years in Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Mandatory skills include project and program management expertise; Python and Java knowledge mentioned but not specified as mandatory.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Prosci Change Management certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional projects within matrixed and global organizations.
- Strong background in business transformation, technology integration, and operational/process improvement initiatives.
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams, driving PMO maturity, and effectively communicating with executive stakeholders.
