About This Role
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building AI-driven growth platforms for expanding Airbnb’s supply of hosts.
- Define and execute long-term technical strategy and roadmap in partnership with product, design, data science, and business teams.
- Drive operational excellence, stakeholder communication, and alignment with global Trust & Safety initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years industry experience, including 2–5+ years in engineering management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, secure, and reliable engineering systems, preferably with AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or Ruby.
