About This Role
- Oversee and manage EHS compliance activities including vehicle document validation across PAN India operations ensuring regulatory adherence and operational continuity.
- Lead incident management process including reviewing, investigating incidents, conducting Root Cause Analysis, and providing closure with recommendations to clients.
- Analyze and maintain reports on medical cab utilization and provide business recommendations for optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation degree mandatory.
- 5-8 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and vehicle regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, 6 days a week, with 48 scheduled weekly hours.
- On-site location requirement: Mahadevapura, Bangalore with 1 month notice period.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational compliance management at scale across multiple locations (PAN India).
- Skilled in incident investigation methodologies including Root Cause Analysis and insurance claim assessments.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data and optimize medical cab services.
