About This Role
- Configure and manage core Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules such as Order Release, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Itineraries.
- Develop and modify custom automation agents, saved queries, screen sets, and user menus within OTM/GTM systems.
- Manage integrations via inbound/outbound XML or JSON transmissions and REST/SOAP web services between OTM/GTM and ERP systems; perform testing and production support duties.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTM Cloud and GTM Cloud systems.
- Strong knowledge of OTM Data Model, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom reporting and log analysis.
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and logistics EDI transmissions (e.g., EDI 204, 214, 210).
- Experience building and modifying custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level professional able to work independently on module configuration and troubleshooting within OTM/GTM environment.
- Experienced with technical customization and integration management of OTM/GTM with ERP systems.
- Capable of handling testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving production support issues.
