About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions focusing on vehicle lifecycle, dealer operations, fleet management, service scheduling, and customer journey orchestration.
- Architect integrations with legacy systems (DMS, telematics, connected vehicle infrastructure) ensuring scalable and resilient enterprise deployments in automotive domain.
- Provide technical advisory and risk management, mentor junior consultants, and leverage AI-native tools (Agentforce) to enhance delivery velocity and solution quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years as Lead Developer or Solution Architect delivering complex enterprise software solutions.
- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery experience with Automotive Cloud or adjacent industry clouds with demonstrable automotive domain work.
- Deep expertise in automotive business processes (sales, aftersales service, dealer networks, fleet operations, telematics).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise architecture and integration patterns within Salesforce platforms in automotive contexts.
- Proven capability consulting with OEMs, dealership groups, or automotive Tier-1 suppliers at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (Agentforce) to accelerate code generation, testing, and delivery within high-stakes, complex projects.
