About This Role
- Own technical support and deployment tasks for Microsoft Teams Unified Communication solutions including Direct Routing and Meeting Room Devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and associated networks covering routing, switching, VoIP protocols, and WAN/LAN technologies.
- Drive large-scale global deployments across multiple locations with strong adherence to network and Microsoft Teams administration tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, and Meeting Room Resources.
- 3 years of Microsoft and networking technical experience including knowledge of routing, switching, SIP, VLANs, QoS, TCP/IP.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4-6 years relevant experience.
- Microsoft Certifications relevant to Microsoft Teams and Unified Communication technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working on global enterprise-scale Unified Communication deployments across multiple geographic locations.
- Strong technical expertise in networking and Microsoft Teams administration, capable of independently handling complex troubleshooting.
- Ability to integrate knowledge of media gateways, session border controllers, and contact center solutions within UC environments.
