About This Role
- Coordinate order fulfillment from the DLGH DC, ensuring seamless customer service delivery by working closely with Customer Development, Planning, Inventory, Transporters, and Warehouse Operations.
- Drive high service levels measured by OTIF, Fill Rate, appointment adherence, complaint and claim resolution, and ensure efficient warehouse operations with mechanized support.
- Own POD collection, claims management, dispatch tracking, inventory coordination, and generate service analytics for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain preferred.
- 2-5 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Experience preferably in FMCG, Modern Trade, Distribution or Warehouse Operations.
- Exposure to mechanised warehouse operations and ERP/SAP systems preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in logistics and customer order execution with a focus on operational excellence and service KPIs (OTIF, Fill Rate, appointment adherence).
- Comfortable managing cross-functional coordination across Customer Development, Planning, Warehouse, Transport, and Finance stakeholders.
- Skilled in inventory management, POD reconciliation, claims handling, and driving data-driven improvements via analytics and reporting.
