About This Role
- Advise Product Management and Engineering on construction industry workflows, standards, and jobsite needs to influence product roadmap and feature development.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features and AI-driven innovations for accuracy, relevance, and safety within the construction domain.
- Serve as product ambassador at industry events, facilitating customer feedback capture and supporting marketing and sales through presentations and content validation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience focused on project management and operations, with ability to translate operational challenges into product/process improvements.
- Experience supporting both self-perform and contracted work models.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel monthly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level construction expert with deep operational and project management experience, capable of bridging field insights with product development teams.
- Experienced in international markets (EMEA and APAC experience considered a plus).
- Analytical and detail-oriented individual who contributes structured feedback and supports strategic initiatives addressing customer workflows and industry trends.
